Scenerio of Real Estate in India, specially in Gurgaon, Noida and Greater Noida projects is terrible due to huge competition. I was going through Reviews for major Brands and Players in Commercial Real Estate Sector and Corporate city etc... who are boasting for Assured Return, Best Project, Bank Guarantee etc etc. Some of top names like Imperia, Cosmic Group, ARN, Earth Infra in this Commercial Sector has terribly bad reviews and are really a risk to investors on their money. So beware before investing your money in fraud projects by some of leading names.
Most of the Groups and Real Estate Companies are making use of Search Engine Optimizing Techniques to Override Search Results and simultaneously manipulate Reviews and Complaints. Came across a Blog: http://imperiastructuresltd.blogspot.in, with title Imperia Structures Complaints but just posting Promotional Content of Project, just to override the Keyword Complaints leaving Searcher to just Positive Highlights of Project. This manipulation of Search Results is actually trend and need of this industry as well, but at whose risk and cost.

ReplyDeleteImperia Structure director's the Batra's refused to pay the committed return @ 12.5 p.a. from a April 2012 onward to all investor on their investment in Imperia Residency at Greater Noida K P V which they have to pay every monthe as per written M.O.U. till the occupation of entire building..They have told to us that we should accept their offer in Toto which is as follows;-
"The investor should accept thee return up to 30the Sept 2012 and forget the further return thereafter and clear their balance dues and take the possession of the unfinished Studio apartment without obtaining the completion certificate as well as occupation certificate from Greater Noida Autheority(which is the builders responsibility as per norms).They also saying that they can not do more than this."
we all investors are being cheated by builder in this way.
